How do we add value?

We invest from pre-seed through to pre series A. We can provide follow on capital for our best performing portfolio companies as you scale and can facilitate introductions to some of the leading global tech investors at Series A and beyond.

We want to help you harness talent, inside and outside your firm. We work collaboratively to identify, develop and augment your team with the same passion that is typically applied to other parts of your business. We can offer practical services to deliver recruitment, HR consultancy, training and 1-1 coaching as you scale.

We are building a capability to provide our portfolio companies with on demand access to more than 50 function specialists, operators and venture builders to help you as you scale your business. We understand that picking a VC partner at the earliest stages of your journey is about more than just the money.

How do we support our founders?

As angel investors, we are used to bringing more than just capital to the table. Our value add approach is tangible and centred on helping you support and scale your most valuable resource – your talent.

Our playbook supports early stage founders in building out teams ready to scale. As former angel investors, we understand the importance of harnessing your talent and will work closely with you to support your efforts to recruit, retain and develop your staff.

Strategy and funding includes assistance with financial reporting, future fundraising, corporate finance, and exits.

Our extended family includes an Expert Network containing over 50 function specialists, operators and venture builders to help you scale up. This is supplemented by the broader network of our partners, including much larger private equity firms. Beyond that we have attracted board members with decades of experience in some of the worlds’ largest companies.
